Return & Replacement Policy
At AJW Furniture, we are committed to delivering high-quality furniture that meets your expectations. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we understand that damages can occasionally occur. Please review our policy below:
Damaged Product Upon Delivery
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and provide video proof of the unboxing process at:
Failure to share video evidence within this time frame may result in the claim being declined.
General Replacement Policy

If a damaged product is reported within 7 days of delivery (with valid proof), we will arrange for a replacement.

The customer must return the damaged article to us and will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Replacement or repair may take approximately 15–30 working days.
Repair Estimates
In certain cases, our team may suggest a repair. A repair cost estimate will be provided in advance, and work will only begin with customer approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that our products are non-returnable. They can only be replaced in the event of documented damage upon delivery.
Exclusions from Claims

Minor cosmetic flaws, such as light scratches or surface marks, are not eligible for claims or refunds.

Items reported after the specified reporting window will not qualify for replacement.
Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

If cancellation is requested before shipping, a 25% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customer Responsibility
We strongly advise customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any damage should be reported to our support team immediately, along with clear video or photo evidence.
